Refund policy

Due to the intimate nature of the products we offer, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure hygiene, safety, and customer protection.

1. General Return Conditions
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the order

Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging are not eligible for return due to hygiene and health regulations.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product, damaged during transit, or not what you ordered:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item
• Include clear photos of the item and the packaging
• Once approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs (if applicable)

3. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

• Lingerie
• Lubricants and cosmetics
• Intimate toys and accessories
• Any item that shows signs of use

Do not send items back without contacting us first—unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless due to our error or a defective item

6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed. Once the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
