4. Order Processing, Shipping, and Discreet Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on destination and are displayed at checkout.
All packages are shipped in discreet, plain packaging with no visible indication of the contents, to ensure your privacy.
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or incorrect customer information.
5. European Union Consumer Rights
If you are located within the European Union, you may benefit from additional consumer protections under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. However, due to the intimate nature of the products, the right of withdrawal (14-day return without reason) does not apply to most items once opened or unsealed, as per Article 16(e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU.
For hygiene and safety reasons, all intimate products are final sale and cannot be returned once opened, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to hygiene and health regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic proof. Approved claims will be eligible for a refund or a replacement.
We do not refund shipping fees unless legally required.
